banned from hotmail??

can you get banned from hotmail?
i have many hotmail accounts and some of them i use for important stuff and with others i mail a lot, and sometimes i forget to change my ip...

if one of my hotmail account gets banned or closed for mailing and they found out about my other accounts, do they just close all of my hotmail accounts? does this happen?

I think you may be banned if you are using hotmail "too much". For example with Xrumer links activation (several thousands of mails per day).
