I have heard these conspiracy theories before. They go something like the global elite want to implement widespread population control cause there is too many people for their agenda. They will implement some sort of economic crash, restrict access to necessities of life, start wars and let nature take its course. The remaining people will be so desperate and will give them selves over 100% to the remaining world government and be implanted with chips so their every movement (and purchase) can be controlled and manipulated so they become virtual slaves. These slaves jobs will be to produce earths resources and make mindless purchases all for the elite. This is fairly believable isn't it.

Now here's where it gets weird....the elite want total control of the planet with a ready made slave populations for their reptilian ET allies who are scheduled to make a return to our planet soon. These resources will be put to use in an interplanetary war with friendly ET's who are watching over our life on our planet and reside in secret bases on the moon. These friendly ET's have helped life evolve on this planet and may have even seeded it with their own DNA. They want t help us evolve into a new kind of enlightened species, but the global elite want to keep the status quo. In order to scare the population about these friendly ET's, the elite have secretly created alternative alien life forms called the greys who make appearances now and then to induce panic and rumor so when our real benefactors come, we will reject them out of fear.
