Dunno if anyone here is using this company (didn't show on a search), but they seem to already have a bad reputation. So I thot I'd pass this along, see below...

Nerdpass runs an affiliate program that I would seriously think twice about before wanting to do business with them. Want to know why? Well the first time we heard of them was a lawsuit.

Of course the company themselves sent out the press release, proud that someone was suing their asses for doing something stupid. Now comes news via Twitter that one of their peeps is in jail and rumor has it, this isn’t the first time.

It seems that on Tuesday someone named "Ugly" from Nerdpass was arrested in Miami-Dade County for grand theft of a vehicle in a 3rd degree, drug possession, and a charge of intent to purchase cannabis. There is another collection of charges that include theft, an invalid drivers license (aka using a fake ID), and an attempt to scam a pawnbroker.

So webmasters before, next time you think about signing up for an affiliate program just keep in mind the type of person who works for this one. Is this really someone you want to trust with your money and your traffic?

Nerd Pass are great people. Ive been working with them since I got into the industry, and they are honest and reputable. Ugly developed a drug problem, and they fired his ass asap.. Tell me a single porn studio that has not fired and employee due to personal reasons?

Ryan, you are incredibly uniformed and prejiduced.. Im not sure what your beef with the guys at Nerdpass is, but Im beggining to think you are paid by the competition to talk garbage about them.. As for Nerd, they have an excellent reputation. They get close to 90s out of 100s not only for content, but business practices as well. They treat their performers with respect, pay them well, and on time. They got sued ONCE- for accidentally getting a construction companies logo in the background of a shoot.. OOOOH, HORRIBLE.. not. Every single porn studio on the planet has been sued many, many times for this same thing.

Preston Parker at BangBros INTENTIONALLY did a Florida State University BangBus tribute, KNOWING that they would recieve a cease and desist order beforehand.. he was laughing about it.. But all of a sudden, when Nerd makes a common, tiny slip up, they are evil?? WTF Ryan.. wouldnt that make you a massive hippocrate? -Yes. Nerd mocked the company, because after Nerd went out of their way to apologize and immediately remove the image, the construction company still threatened them and went out of their way to harp on it, like it was the end of the world war 3. It wasnt, and Nerd needed to remind them.

Just like I need to remind you Ryan Rayzner, you are NOT a journalist. You are an OPINION, or GOSSIP COLUMNIST.. and apparently with a poor, poor record of not being at all accurate or well respected, at least according to the information thats out there on you.

By the way, look into the amount of times performers have threatened legal action against Bill Fisher/Cezar Capone to get paid.. Nerd are the good guys.

Anyone reading this, keep in mind, that he is mostly likely paid by the competition. Do some Google research on your own. -V
