Why couldn't I direct link from my adwords ad to a CPA offer, but with a flash element in the .html that does a redirect after a delay of say 5 seconds?

Does the Google bot "hang around" and wait for a period of time?

How would the Google bot know that I have a redirect happening after a 30 second slide show that does a presell?
