I have a bit of a problem I can't get around, maybe somebody can give me advice.

I have a very strong business model which has a good demand on google. The problem for me is my average conversion is worth about 8-20 euros, if i was to try and advertise the service PayPerClick it turns out to about ?3 per click, converting roughly 1/10. That puts the acquisition at ?30 which as you can see is not good at all for me.

Is there any way I can still use adwords in a profitable way in my situation? Or should I just stick to cheaper advertisers like Facebook?

I have heard rumours of big companies negotiating deals with google to pay strictly per conversion, is that true? How can it be done?

Thanks for your time.

Adwords is a terrible ppc alternative these days. It used to be good in the early days, but not anymore. Their auction system is not at all fair. Niches with zero competition inflate price as if there was competition, which turned me away from adwords. Their own system bids and inflates prices AGAINST the advertiser even if there are ZERO other bidders for the same niche. I've experimented with keywords like chabadabadoo for which there are zero other bids for sure, but adwords still inflated the price on its own as if there were other bidders for the KW.

then
should we leave adwords
what is the best adwords alternative is it Facebook ppc

Middollo, I am pretty certain that it is possible to optimize your campaign and achieve a better performance. If your keyword quality score is not at least 7 out of 10, then there is lot of room for optimization and achieving a cheaper cpc should be doable. Also, do you work with different keyword match types? Tightly structured ad groups? Do you make use of negative keywords? Do you regularly split test ads? etc.pp. There are a lot of factors to consider and i wouldn't give up on Adwords just yet. Feel free to send me your Adwords client ID and i will add you to my client center and take a look at your current campaign. Also, besides Adwords you might want to try Bing Ads, they have less competition and usually a cheaper cpc (traffic is way less though).

Run adwords ads worth 120 usd for 40 usd. Contact me for any country coupons too.

Don't be fooled by the estimated CPC, adwords is a auction based platform. I managed to get my AVG CPCs down to $0.18 per click on several niches and my AVG ad position 1.8 -3.5 because I got my quality score high enough and my competitors were paying $1.50 - $4 per click just to be in position 1.

However in some niches, competition is stiff , you have to market your service or product that makes you on avg $25 per conversion or more.

I hope this helps. Reach out to me if you need help.

You clearly have a very bad business model if you're losing a ton of money. Why did you say you have a very strong one? Also you don't even know if your conversion cost is 8 or 20 euros. That's pretty bad. The solution is to lower your bid until you start making some money. Obviously not enough demand on Google.
