i have this

people sell them on fiverr for 5$. i bought a couple and i logged into one yesterday, it does show the activated coupon and i could place ads no problems. But now after 1 day I still have 0 impressions (even tho i set very high clickprice and very high daily budget). Ads show as "eligible" whatever that means. So I would guess these accounts do not actually work. Hope I could help, will report back if somethn changes.

Letting someone create your gg account from his IP and using it from another IP will result in a ban of your account (campaigns wont start, or gg will close your acc and all the followings you create).
