just started with ppc and adwords i would like to know some info

if i buy adwords coupon what should i do to activate it
to create new account us based ?
should i buy just vcc or vcc with $5 loaded for activation?

Any help will be appreciated

if you are on US and use fake info you not need vcc for verification, you can load the coupon and start. But read well the adwords rules about your campain
