Yeah! i too learning Adwords. First learn Basics from Adwords training which is available in google for free. After reading that read some "perry marshall's" Adwords courses. Some ae listed here in download session. perry marshall course is the best of its class.

Google has tons of videos and info on learning adwords. Just browse around there adwords site and you'll find it.

Just make your own adwords account, then you will get experience.
