I have a small online shoe store that mainly sell shoes and sandals but it contains a miscellaneous category and there are many "as seen on tv products" on that miscellaneous category.

Often these "as seen on tv products" promise spectacular results. For example, please open ionicwhite.com.au it's not my site but as you can see from the product description, it promises spectacular result .. i.e. get whiter teeth in 21 minutes.

Can I promote those "as seen on tv products" on my online shoe store using adwords?. I am currently paranoid about Adwords and I don't want to get my Adwords account to get banned for the second time.

Yes, You can promote your product by using Adwords.

Unless and until you are not crossing their policies they wont ban your adwords account.
I don't find any thing wrong with what you want to do.

If they are not affiliate links, then I think you can. I think what you are talking is about affiliate links. Right mate?
