Basically i have noticed a lot of ppl trying to buy new accounts for coupon purposes and use then and then go on to the next account thats fine and well

but what about people who have been banned from adwrods and are reformed lol and now want to play by the rules but the issues is not that they have been banned how do they get a new account with adwords so they can start from sctrach and ofcourse follow the rules and promote use it legitimately for long term

this is what i am am looking to do. but im not too sure what are the key things someone needs to do to create a bran new account?

with your help i will follow the steps and update this thread with my results so anyone else who has this issue can just follow the steps that worked

eg if you have been banned do you have to create a new account with

new name?
new credit card? and if so can it just be a new credit card registered in the same name as the one you have been banned for? also can this card have the same address as the one you got banned for originally? can you use a family members credit card?
do you have to have a new phone number?
do i need a new pc and a different internet connection?
