Your title says $115 adwords accounts and not vouchers. They will make the accounts with your voucher with the BIG method : clear cache, manual payments , apply voucher so you will not need VCC - and all will be useless since ALL will get suspended .

I don't want to be rude but why to send vouchers only to a guy that can be one week old and have over 60 posts and not to one that have 20 good posts and 3 years?
