There is not necessarily something wrong with the billing. This is just normal procedures. They are checking you out before they start running your ads.

Google is like any other business. They won't send out the merchandise until they get their money or check out you're not trying to scam them.

sometimes it clears and the account is active, other times it gets banned in that review process. keep your fingers crossed. give it 3 days.

I had the same thing, but it was alright afterwards. Make sure there is nothing suspicious.. Some people get banned but only if there is a reason. Give it a couple of days..

Don't worry mate, i got this too and in the end everything is fine after 2 or 3 days. Just wait and it will be ok as long as all the information you provided is right.
