I had an inactive Adwords account (for about 6 months) on which I had spent £900. I recently received one of their vouchers for £100 which I loaded onto my account. I then decided to use it up by driving traffic to one of my review sites.

They then banned my account, but I've still got £95 of credit sitting in it. I can see it in the billing section but don't know what to do. Can I move it to my bank account or maybe transfer it to another Adwords account?

Yeah there's really no chance you're going to get that money. Adwords has become very strict nowadays when it comes to review sites.

You can try sending a nice message to them, asking what's up and how you can solve the issue.. Well at least it worked for me.. Though if you got banned for the voucher then its less likely you will get your money back..

First, you cannot use vouchers/coupons on an account that's more than two weeks old. Therefore, you could not have possibly loaded £100 or any other amount in the account. There could always have been some error as it appears from what you say that it went through. But it shouldn't have.

Second, are you saying you want the full £100 back or even just the £95? I don't see how you can get money back that you didn't spent. It was a free gift. In effect, Google should want it back.

I don't know if you got banned because of the credit. That's unlikely but possible. If they made an error by giving you credit when you weren't eligible and banned you because of this, you should get your account back. But if you violated their TOS, that's another story.
