I have been trying to up my quality score on word for a long time.

In a previous acct on a site I had 10/10 now I cant break higher than 6/6 and the site has the same content and everything.

Any suggestions on getting a higher score? I have the KW in title, alt tags, description, H1 all those basics.

You did not mentioned the main factor when it comes to QS - the CTR. How good is it? There are no benchmarks for what a good CTR is, but it is what drives your QS high the most.

Hope google isn't treating your content on this new site as duplicate to the old one.. there are many factors that decide the QS, like LP, AD copy text, CTR etc..

QS depends on lot many factors:
1. Content in your site
2. Ad relevance
3. Keyword selection
4. Quality of Landing Page
5. Ad copy

These are few factors which affect QS, so you need to be very meticulous about lot many things to improve.
