I just wanna to know that anyone be able create other new adword account by new information after banned.
- How long that new adword account that still work right now?
- what method to use to create new account?

no problemo. I went to the trouble of registering an llc, a p.o. box, and an 800 #, but it sounds like (from this forum) most of that's unnecessary. Takes a little creativity and an IP cloak and you'll be good to go.

also, I've found that it you're re-applying within a time frame of days or weeks (possibly months - haven't fully tested this out) you'll need to apply/access the account not only from a clean IP but also a clean computer. Something in the guts that they can track.

The adwords game is not just about creating account, you need to learn how to successfully run your ads too. If your are promoting something that adwords doesn't like, your next campaign probably will get suspended very soon.
