New to Adwords , help required

Hi all BH forum members.
As my profile can tell i am new here and my interest is learning more about promoting websites. At the moment i've turned my focus on AdWords as i launch my new website. I bought myself a coupon and tomorrow will activate the account.
Also i am watching all the tutorials that can help me getting to know how AdWords works and how to make efficient campaigns.
Despite all my documentation some questions arise:
If Google catches me promoting my website using only new accounts feeded with vouchers, will ban my google account or my URL from using adwords?
How to keep doing this without getting cought? (i read topics about VCC and changing proxies, isn't that all to complicated fot the final result?)
How do persons who sell google vouchers as a business (have websites, do it as a living) get them? (i doubt they buy hosting 10 times a day).
If there are some tips when i create my adwords account for the first time (some fields that must be filled in a specific way to have more chances of being approved) and use a voucher, please let me know.

I apologize if some informations are not accurate but some notions are still a little in the dark for me. Also if my spelling or knowledge of english language is poor accept the fact that my mother tongue is not english and nothing related to it.

If you have any resources that you think are helpful for me to get to udnerstand better adwords and how to use it best, other from google's tutorials please let me know.

>> Make sure that you use one voucher per account ONLY! If you get banned using vouchers, you will have to change both - URL as well as the account. Make sure that you use reliable vouchers only. Many vouchers out there will can you account.

>> Buy a VPS with dynamic IP. Thats what most of our clients use for accessing their accounts. Its NOT complicated once you get a hang of it.

Another VERY IMPORTANT thing is that never install anything G has to offer you. For instance - Toolbar, Gtalk, Configuration of any G account in your Outlook using Pop3 etc. Especially while you are accessing account.

I made some progress,made my account, used my voucher (with manual payment checked, it wouldn't let me choose automatic payment, gave me an error and said"no reason given", but despite the guy i bought the voucher from told me automatic is better, i found manual payment more realiable;why? no credit card needed, no initial deposit [the 5$ amount], the amount was withdrawn from the value of the voucher) and started my first campaign.
I am reading and learning about doing good quality and nevertheless profitable campaigns but a problem keeps poping into my head; soon my credit will dry out and need new founds, what is your recomandation:

• Use a new voucher on a new account and start campaigning the same URL?

• How can i trick the big G (given the fact that no CC is required, as i said i use manual payment)?
• It would a bad move to activate more accounts and market the same URL at the same time nut paying attention not to use the same KW?

You can use same domain for as long as it is not banned
once an account with that domain gets suspended, you have to get a new domain and start doing things.
