Adwords Ban
I'm an affiliate marketer who uses google adwords to generate nearly ALL my traffic. I recently received an email from google saying I have repeatedly submitted ads that do not comply with their TOS and that I am on my finial warning.
Well, I submitted another ad that got disproved over the weekend and i am expecting to get banned.
Is there any way of getting around a google ban, I heard if I open another account and used a different CC under a different name and billing address as well as using ip blocking software (hide my ip) this will work.
If I do the following steps can I get back in?
1. Make up company name, get CC under company name
2. Rent a P.O. box for account billing address
3. Use Hide My ip
I have searched many threads in BHW and can't find anything explaining how to get around an adwords ban.
If anyone has tried this or knows an easier way please let me know.

Re: Adwords Ban
I advertize dvd burning/ripping software. Most of the software doesn't go against adwords TOC, but i'm always finding new comanies and software to promote. Some get approved, some get denied, I never know until i submit the ad.
Anyways, I'm going to keep the ads that google approved and start looking for a new niche.
Promlem is I don't think i will get a chance to promote different software. Maybe i'm being paranoid, but i believe i will be banned in the next couple of days. i just want to have a plan to put into action if this does happen.
Adwords makes me my bread and butter. After have some success with IM and getting a taste of the good life, there is no way i can go back to the normal 9 to 5.

Re: Adwords Ban
Just open another account with different card, info (name, address ...) and IP. I can set you up with proxies, debit cards (both Virtual and physical).

Re: Adwords Ban
If I were you, i would do everything i could to keep that account active. It takes a while to get your account up to par, and you'll lose that when you make a new account.

Re: Adwords Ban
I would do the same thing. I would wait and see if the ban it. Even if the don't since that account is already hot set up another account under a corporation or llc. Google Adsense allows you ot have other accounts under different businesses. so this is you best bet. Since you are already on a thin wire with this account.

Re: Adwords Ban
Hello,
Gxxgle sucks, but they are the 900 pound gorilla.
My account was banned for using words like "don't buy this", or this sucks. And so forth.
To reestablish new account certain things must occur. You need a different address, a different IP a different credit card, and even a different name.
If you are using your own domain to drive traffic to it don't do it anymore. Purchase a new domain name and use that one instead. In other words, it must appear that you are totally different person.
When I was banned I even had relatives across the country set up accounts and run ads for me to my website. Their account was banned. They e-mailed Google telling them that they were just an affiliate for my program. They did not care.
So now my main product line does not use Gxxgle ad words because I cannot change the domain name.
So I created a copy of the existing product renamed it created a domain name, and now that product receives traffic from Gxxgle, as well as Yahoo and MSN. I also learned not to keep all my eggs in one basket, and I started using CPAs and other methods to generate traffic.
So that's the long answer. I would recommend you set up multiple accounts in case they cancel you again, so you're not completely out of business. This is not a game you can win they hold all the cards.
Get more familiar with what they want by reading all the information available on their website and try to stay as legit as possible with your advertising.
Bullyman
PS Here is an interesting post about being suspended by gxxgle as well

Re: Adwords Ban
Just use a different CC or VCC for another account. I always keep an extra for testing purposes.

Re: Adwords Ban
How long does your new account go under review for usually. Tried to run an ad last night. Says account is under review for security purposes.

Re: Adwords Ban
Was about to start a thread about the same topic. Save trees: search before making a new thread.
So you would need a different IP as well as different personal info and CC? What if you used a different IP (via proxy) while setting up the account, but then logged into it every time after that with the banned IP?

Re: Adwords Ban
We are managing Adwords for several advertisers who have troubles with reviews, account bans and landing page issues.
1. All our accounts have External Adwords Support API and we have telecon and email support from local Adwords editor team.
2. We can replicate several accounts for you if you wanna dominate on a bunch of keywords with several ads.
3. We are able to get feedbacks from Adwords team which means quick turnaround on your campaigns going live.
All this are only available on the accounts managed and funded by us.

Re: Adwords Ban
If your adwords account is banned and you need a new account. Can you grab another domain name and just iframe your old website and then send the new adwords traffic to that?
Does anyone have experience with this?

Re: Adwords Ban
Google is not so dumbed, the iFrame stuff won't work because Google is going to detect your content anyway, your IP adress or your billing information. Just imagine you're a new person, run a new business and you have to do everything from start. If you really don't want take any risk, change wife, kids and place you live too. There are never enough sacrifices to run back on google
