I was looking for a method to exploit google vouchers but it seems it´s way more complicated than I thought at first with the whole change your ip address and diferent vcc So from what I`ve read (hope someone will take the time to reply this message)
Do I need to get a diferent vcc for every single account I open with the voucher link?
Can I simply erase cookies and private information and temporal files and use the same link over and over again (as long as I use a diferent vcc and a diferent email address)?
Do I really have to use a paid email service and get diferent domains so all my email addresses be with a diferent termination like in @yourdomain1 @yourdomain2?

I read in a adwords vouchers report that I can use a feature called professional enroll and then I get 3 voucher credits and then I can use the "Link Existing Account" option and then I can add the credit to my first account I opened with the given link. So my question is
Is it possible to "wire" all the diferent adwords voucher account funds to one single account. I'm over my head and one step closer to the edge PLEASE HELP ME

I dont know anything about the professional enroll but in regards to your previous questions:

1 - Yes you need to use a different VCC for each account
2 - Yes you need to erase cookies etc., and change IP and use a different email address and different VCC.

There are places out there that give you free email addresses based on a domain.

i just got a new account... well they did not activate my account till i did not talk to the online support and convince them that i am for real.. it was my first coupon so they allowed me... but trust me i have all my doubts i will get another free joy ride....

they will give u credit but manually activate the accounts... which is a probelm!!

The thing with vcc and adwords vouchers does not work as easy as explained in the threads here... this was working several months ago... i have tested a lot these days, and google changed a lot of things. If i get time, i ll probably post a detailed thread about it... if not... keep in mind that google freeze accounts created with vcc coming from major vcc providers... (although the account looks active, you ll be delivered no impressions, no matter how much you bid).
So , yeah, you need different ips, domains, cookies, vouchers link (you can t use the same one) and a vcc provider that is not flagged by google/

I've applied to a french voucher with a french IP. Never got any email with the voucher.

I've run into that as well. I've got 6 100.00 vouchers and have used 2. One account is just sitting there, the other I've setup an ad on it but havent gotten any impressions yet. Last time this happened, I just had to email support and they activated it, but it took a couple of days.

My account got froze like Nick said... and I haven't even used a voucher.... 0 clicks 0 impressions..... I'm using an ebay vcc...
