FY your asking questions that appear simple but in fact are complex to answer.
There are so many things that effect the answer all of them you know and non of them hardly do we know when we read your post.
From your post I have the feeling you are very new to adwords is that correct?
If that's the case here are a few things I would suggest you do and they are important...ignore them at your own peril and cost!
1. You need to slow down and possibly STOP using adwords for a bit.
You will continue to loose money if you don't get loaded up with some techniques at least. Really you need far more than just technique for adwords will get into that in a mo.
2. You need to head over to the downoads section and go into the Ebooks section.
Grab a couple more adwords focused ebooks and read them and understand them.
3. When you start a campagn if you have done things right you would have done a HEAP of research BEFORE you start the adwords off. YOu need to learn what that research is...you will find it in the books. its all about niche / product, activity on the product, activity of others marketing, clicks, earch results, payouts, break even amounts, bid placements, adwords ads and copy, competition...honestly the list goes on BUT if yoiu do not do this homework ahead of adwords THEN YOU WILL LOOSE MONEY EVERY TIME TIME AND TIME AGAIN!
4.In this day and age to be more effective and have less risk and be able to compete you almost NEED to be using software that assists you in adwords. Spy items being a key one and tracking tools being a total necessity! If you do not do this then again EXPECT to loose LOTS of money. Have those tools you will loose less upfront for sure and will gain heaps more $$ once you find some success.
You ned to be diciplined with adwords and need to do the basics well. skip em and you loose.
Adwords is not a gamble its a business advertising tool. Treat it as such, learn how to do it well. Do not use it like a lucky dip and money tree....ITS NOT when used and approached that way. Approach it well and you have massive leverage and can make a lot of positive results happen.
Hope that helps but the questions your asking and importantly the knowledge you need is far beyond a simple forum post. Thats what you NEED to understand.

thx Madeezy, you're right I'm new in adword. Actually I already read a lot of book about adword
(adword guide perry marshall, adword blackbook, DJK, adword miracle, beating adword,etc)
I read it all but just practicing about a month. My ads getting a lot of click (even I have to pay until $1 for click) and in good position 3-5, conversion 1-2.5%, great quality score, I do keyword research, split testing too, I made few sale, but adword cost bigger than my commision, so I start lossing money.
I selll best selling electronic stuff. In first week break event, week 2-4, start loosing money. So I thinking about scheduling my ads to cut advertising cost, and I asking you guys about effective ads's time for selling physical product also setting up ads for more targeted location. I do direct linking with amazon (maybe this is my mistake ???? ) cause I just start learning about making website.

From what you just said in your post you have most things covered.
The one thing you did not mention though was your tracking of keywords and sales.
If you are not using a good tracking tool then that for sure would now be my main suggestion to you. It could be all you need to do now is improve your situation by identifying better negative keywords, pinpointing your paying keywords and knowing what poor keywords to remove. A good tracking tool will do all that for you.
If you have the tool then you need to look at lowering your bid try and get better / improved ctr, and work hard to improve quality score as much as you can.

I already used that google new tool for few days, its awesome, I find some new variation keywords for my campaign.
You right madeezy, I don't use tracking software, cause I do direct link with amazon. Is it posibble to do that with direct link ???
I just use google report to analyze my campaign performance. I bid on trademark and got a lot of click on it, I can get 5-10% ctr easily, but its also expensive keyword, with conversion range 1%-2,5% my cost will be bigger than my commision and that's why I asking about best time for ads schedulling and putting product price in my headline ads is good or not? cause my competitor ads showing the lower price.
I got no problem with quality score, I do ads grouping and I get great quality score. Can u give me more advice madeezy? maybe I missed something or do the wrong step??? Thx!
