Adwords "reached and exceeded your budget" under review?
hi guys,
I've got a couple of Adword$ accounts that have ample budget, but the ads stop getting served at around $50 per day. My daily budget is around $1000.
In Adwords, when I hover over the magnifying glass in the keywords list, instead of the quality score details appearing, I have the following display: 'You have reached and exceed your budget'.
All the searching I've done about this seems to point to Google has put the account under review.
I cannot exactly call Adwords support because the ads are a little on the dodgy side - they would slap the account straight away.
Has anyone else had this problem, and more importantly, how have you gotten around it?
This is a very frustrating problem I can tell you!

if your account is under review you would get zero impressions zero anything, they literally put your account on hold, you just don't see " your account is put on hold please wait forever".
try raising your daily budget to 1000000, the way budget works is that it will project how much you could possibly incur a day and it will try to match that in accordance w/ your matches and stuff.
don't worry on some campaigns i have my budget set to 2million.

hmm, ok, I've got two accounts that are being limited at $50 per day, the next day they'll resume spending at the normal amount. Then, the next day it's back to just $50 and so forth until they get slapped.
Seriously weird.
I'm not convinced raising the budget to $1 million per day will fix it. Could such a sharp raise in daily budget raise a flag at Big G?

I would recommend against the $2 million dollar budget. My buddy accidentally typed in an extra zero and ended up burning through 9 grand in a single day. Make your budget at least somewhere in line with the amount you'd actually like to spend. Lesson learned.

yes, it is tremendous fun! I'm really stuck to know if there's a way to avoid the review in the first place.
About a month ago, an account which would be deemed against TOS went under review for about 14 days - spending capped at $50. Anyway, after 2 weeks, the account runs like normal. It seems to have passed review.
What I'm really confused about is if a Google Adwords guy was doing a manual review, why let a couple go through and slap others when they ALL have the same setup, ad groups and cookie cutter sites?
Other accounts haven't even gotten off the ground or were slapped after a couple of days of being 'under review'.

any kind of account change, warrents constant monitoring, on your part, hourly, isn't this basic adwords lore, to monitor your account when you make a change. i don't know what "flags" your talking about when you raise the budget high, cuz i have over 30 accounts (white hat) and all with insanely high budgets.
