I have CC that I use for all my needs without any single problem. I pay with it offline, I pay anything online, use it for Yahoo Search Marketing, MSN AdCenter, anything else... but when it comes to Google services, it keep declining it.
I can't use it for Adwords, I can't use it for Checkout, anything.
Anyone has similar issues ? Its non-us card, maybe that is the reason. But it would be idiotic to decline it from that reason, when I use it anywhere else.

A lot of companies have specific rule sets for payment processing that automatically decline credit cards from "high risk" areas. Where are you from?
Thiss CC is from Croatia. But sometime last year I used another card from Bosnia ( if croatia is risky, bosnia is probably even more for them ), where I live now, and in that time that wasn't problem.
