hey, I am in a pretty predicament. Adwords is telling me for the last 2 days that my adwords arent showing up because i 'exceeded my daily budget.' but my total daily budget is set for $32 ($27 and $5) and no ad has ever showed. so nothing has been paid. Why the hell is this?

Could it be because they finally caught on about vcc? cuz I have done this a fair few times and everything went fine, but now this new account my ads wont show.

account is mot likely under review, i had this happen to agde account and a newly created account i made last night, nothing ever started.... just says budget exceeded even though i didn't

account is under review. it normally is your payment stuff. in my case it was my google checkout card that messed everything up.

You will either be banned or reinstated, having to provide a new cc.

had a similar problem and all i had to do was give google a call and explain to them the problem. They said my account was under review but then they fixed the problem and got me up and running very quickly.
