How does the unlimited adwords vouchers thing work?

I heard something about this. Maybe I read it wrong (tired. been up all night) Do you just use a different ip and make multiple google adwords accounts? Or am I way off? I'm actually very unexperienced when it comes to Adwords. Out of all my time working online, ive tried Adwords like twice.

To make this thread even more simple. Just inform me about how you accomplish getting unlimited Adwords vouchers and using them

well this does not work anymore... google gives u credit even if u buy a voucher on dp... but they wont activate your account.. u'll need to talk to the support... n that ways u cant get a voucher twice...
