Vouchers, vouchers, everywhere..
Seems like people have been flooded with free vouchers lately (myself included). In that past I've just deposited these into new Adwords accounts that I then ignored. I had piled up about $350 worth before recently getting sent another $300. So with this kind of free advertising, I'm finally going to take a stab at doing something with it.
I have zero experience with Adwords prior to today (other than to cash in a voucher), so I'm going to do my best not to get banned by Google completely. Each voucher was redeemed on a different legitimate Google account of mine (e.g. all were with my real name, real info, and a VCC). I will likely do no overlapping of URLs/campaigns between accounts, and might launch the campaigns from different IP addresses, but other than that I am not going to go nuts trying to hide from Google (bad idea?).
I just setup a small campaign (max $2/day) to sell a clickbank product. I did not do the manual bids, but chose them to maximize my clicks with a max cpc of $0.25 (another bad idea?). I let Google choose my keywords from scanning the page, which I selected probably 80% of the ones they recommended (all broad matches). Google estimates that I'll get 8-9 clicks/day and I'm hoping that means a sale. I'm starting small to get used to everything but hopefully plan to ramp up.
My goal at this point is pretty simple -- by the time all of vouchers have been redeemed I would like
(A.) a successful campaign netting me at least $10/day profit
(B.) spending not dramatically more than $10/day on adwords to get (A.), so ROI somewhere near 100% (plausible?)
(C.) the Adwords know-how to do it again (e.g. successful A&B wasn't just a fluke)
Any advice is appreciated! Wish me luck..

Re: Vouchers, vouchers, everywhere..
Well I've started a couple campaigns and spent a couple of bucks (literally), but no sales yet. Getting some experience with Adwords though. A couple of things I still need to figure out:
- Is it worth targeting non-USD traffic for stuff like clickbank products? If so, should I be bidding significantly less than for similar USD traffic?
- Should I stay away from the content network?
- Automatic bidding or should I be setting a manual price?
- What kind of conversion rate or CTR is good for direct linking clickbank stuff?
I'm going to continue to plug away and update this thread. So far, not much to update, hopefully tomorrow is better!

Also, how can you "stack" them? The vouchers I've been getting a real pain. Short exp dates. Then new exp after you add them. Can only be used ONCE on ONE account (new account) etc.
No scheme involved
Google mailed/emailed them to me. I have like 8 gmail accounts that I've had for years and use sporadically. They keep getting vouchers sent to them, and I have only used 1 voucher per account (all vouchers except one were for $100, minus $5 activation it's $95 credit).
And I don't care to sell them at $10/ea or whatever they go for. I'd rather give it a shot and try to figure out a way to make a steady stream of money. It's all about the cash flows..

Re: Vouchers, vouchers, everywhere..
Okay, slow going, but I'm in the game fighting the good fight.
I'm finding the Adwords interface to be pretty nice, and I'm definitely learning as I go. It's more fun than I thought it would be. Tried two campaigns with a slew of keywords. First campaign was a clickbank product, second was a CPA offer. Campaign B only paid out $3 (low cost to buyer) so expected relative ease on sales. Money spent, but no sales unfortunately. Not a problem though
At first everything was QS 7/10.
Eventually my Campaign B dropped to 4/10 in my main keywords (most impressions). Think this hurt me a bit, but live and learn.
I found a good thread here:

Particularly the posts by Hexalor are informative.
Started 3 new campaigns, 2 clickbank products and 1 is a CPA offer. So far still direct linking. Might switch to some cheap landing pages (e.g. blogger), but not sure yet if that's the way to go.

Re: Vouchers, vouchers, everywhere..
So here's an update on the week. Short update: nothing great.
Long update: About 100 hops to Clickbank over 4 or 5 different ads. Paying about $0.20/click, so about $20 spent without a single order form impression. Bummer! So going to switch up campaigns and change strategy a bit.
Rather than $0.20 clicks, will try to target higher cost keywords that result in actual sales.
Still debating landing page but for now will stick with direct linking (yeah, I know this is probably my big problem!).
