    Default Call Tracking and Call Recording

    Hey guys,
    I am wondering if anyone can give me any info on how to setup call tracking and call recording after a customer comes to one of my clients websites? I fell that marketing my clients websites for adwords would be a lot easier if I could track there incoming calls from there website and record the calls. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    You'd need to tell the client to call with a "code" or programmaticaly have an IVR/PBX setup. It depends on your needs and budget for the idea.

    How could a number be setup that is only placed on the website that counts how many calls come in and can be recorded?

    Easy, asterisk development.

    VoIP Solution: Direct-In-Dialing Number -> Asterisk PBX -> Call Handling (record calls to database) -> Connect to whoever you want after

    A quick side note, if your going to 'monitor' calls you must tell the caller that you are.

    you could ask your client if they can use a unique phone number for this purpose. If they have a spare line in the business, use it on the landing page, all calls to this number could be counted.

    or, setup a click to call solution, they are very cheap in the states

    not sure about call recording though

    Ok.
    Here is the definitve answer.

    Ringcentral (0800) redirected to a SkypeIN number with Pamela plugin installed.

    Rincentral provides toll free numbers, u can login and see all the incoming calls.
    What u do is redirect the incoming calls to a SkypeIN number and Pamela (plugin) will answer autoamtically the calls with ur voicerecorded message.

    800555 5555 ext 123

    Just have them ask for the extension

    We use Fonality here and have had a wonderful experience, it's a hosted PBX system that you can get fully up and running with INBOUND call recording, it's a great way to monitor customer service, and any inbound phone calls for QA.

    For clients, I set up an if by phone account. They'll do call recording and integrate with Google analytics and call tracking.
