Hi,
My google adsense account was recently "upgrated" to a new form of payment method. Now I can receive my payments from adsense only in my bank account. WU payment is no more available.
I spoke with my friends and their adsense accounts has been "upgrated" as well.
How about you? Can you still receive payments from adsense thru WU.
Maybe for adsense it a easy way to deliver the payments or they will pay a smaller fee, but for some of us is a bad thing because now that our money are delivered to our bank account we have to pay fees to the government and in my country is 16 %.
When we were paid thru WU that wasn't a problem because no fees were required.
Any other opinions about the recently change?

I think it depends the country that you live and you have to check your bank fees before, cause other banks maybe can charge less.

It's not the bank fees, but when you receive money to your bank acccount and you didn't pay fees to the state for that money or the company that made you that payment you have to. The banks will provide statements to the state with the transaction and you will receive yearly a letter from the state with the amount that you own the state.
Something like that, I didn't receive before, but many of my friends did.

This is what it sais when I log into my adsense account. Maybe this change was made only for a country or few if you guys can still receive money thru WU

I think its a permanent change and there is no other way to receive payment.in most of the cases adsense sucks people.bad luck is that there is no best alternative of adsense.

Lol 116% ? My taxes are a LOT higher than 16% wtf! I make 2.3k € / month, after taxes its 1.5k .. thats 35% taxes, and when i make 2.5k it will be more like 38-40% tax ... be happy with your 16%

16% taxes are for those who don't have a firm. If you are a company/firm you pay 24 % to the gov. for any income that you make.

Yes it is a permanent change, and the only way you can get paid in adsense is thru bank

They got rid of WU payment option for high risk click fraud countries.

I don't understand what WU payment has to do with high risk countries.

I would imagine Google isn't a huge fan of using WU. Its incredibly expensive, and it kinda encourages shady tactics. In most developed countries they only use bank transfers.
