Yes bro, but I'm kinda worying cause it's a tricky ad placement, it looks like part of the text, that's why I'm afraid to break any rules lol.

Agreed with that, i often see some authority site out there placed 460X80 ads block within text post.

all of the above placements seem fine to me.
there is no need to worry.
i have seen a lot of sites use similar ad placements.
728 x 90 works best for me though, above the content.

I don't think any of these has a problem with Google rules. Don't worry, pal. I have seen other popular websites blend in more than this and they are fine.
