Pls read the title as "Creating Adsense Account using another users Site"

I want to create an adsense account but in my country it takes your site to be atleast 6 months old to get it approved.

I'm planning to buy a fully functional old site from some person and apply for the adsense with it. The current owner has already applied for the adsense with his site and got it approved.

Now if I apply with the same site will there be any issues??

You will not get approved using same website. Build or buy your own website and then apply with it.
