Beginning of january i was getting below 1% CTR and my RPM overall was below $1.75 (i dont want to give exact data here)

Anyway i get around 10-20k visits per day

And i had 2-3 ads on almost all my pages on the site but only 2 ads on my home page so thought i would finally stick a third on there after debating it for awhile as id rather it look good, but my CPC went down by almost 75% so i needed to do something to get my money back up!

Anyway i placed an ad on there and checked my earnings from it and its massive compared to all my other ads..

CTR is around the 4-5% mark and RPM is like $10-20.

All traffic is real, i dont use any blackhat methods, traffic is quality. Just alittle worried about this as i dont want a ban for a mistake i might be making without knowing it!

The ad is placed between content but with good spacing so it wouldnt get clicked accidently.

The only thing is i do have something at the top of the page that requires a couple seconds to load, like a widget and once it loads and shows, it moves content down the page slightly so the ad moves down alittle bit. Is this bad?

you can put ads in iframe and move them with you content (while scrolling down) - it is not against their TOS

it's strongly against the ToS to put ads in iFrame, you should read the ToS before making any step.

Yeah i dont want to put anything in an iframe, i just wanna know if whats happening might be considered against their tos.

The fact that one minute the ad is at the top then 2 seconds and the widget finally loads the ad obviously moves down abit because of the widget loading it has pushed it down.

Im kind of in the same boat with the whole cpc thing

Yeah its a little worrying when stats fly off the chart, im more worried about my CTR and RPM right now!

I would suggest you screenshot and track your changes if you're worried about anything, as it's 100% innocent, that way you've got proof of what you've done if you do face any issues.

if you use wordpress, try CTR Theme, I'm getting as much as 40% ctr with it.

how much are you doing per month?
4-5% CTR is good but I do not think google will ban you

Dont Use that method mate ads in content is ok but that is not ok which you put in widget and ads down when page down dont use it mate you will get ban it will against Google Tos

that theme looks perfect, any ideas if adsense can give u negative feedback from that ? :/

Is there any alternative to get adsense approve.

A little bit off topic, but can someone tell me what happen with SERP if I change my theme to CTR?
I recently found a great theme, at least so I thought( theme name is light-clean-blue ). I changed it and there was no movement in SERP but I afraid that if I change theme too many times, I will lose my rankings. Is that right or I'm just worrying too much?

Just an update to people my CPC has gone way up now (the most its ever been)

Still not to sure if my CTR and RPM being high on one ad only will look weird to adsense
