I've had my account for a year, been paid 3 times. Not really doing anything to improve my earnings at the moment, so I thought I could make some easy money by JV'ing with a fellow BHW member and let them use my adsense code to generate cash for the both of us.

I know this is done a lot on BHW (see several BHW topics) but Adsense is fairly new to me and I've never ever shared my account with anyone. My revenue has dropped significantly, so I don't mind if I end up losing it, but I'd like to do everything I can to prevent that and to also protect myself.

Want tips on things like:
What info should I provide to my partner
What info should they provide me with
How should I pay them
How should I track earnings for multiple partners
How should I choose a partner (are they Jr. VIP, what country do they live in, etc..)

Hoping to just get a small number (1-3) partners who earn $500+ a month. Will start with one partner for a bit, see how it goes, and then increase that.

If you are looking for similar partners , ask them access to their Google analytics account.You can see all the stats there.

and check for which keywords are they ranking using some serptracker.

Match it with Exact match searches , using Google adwords keyword tool.
If the numbers fit then you have a legit JV partner.

Do such JV with some guy who has organic traffic only, any other type of traffic will get your Adsense banned (no matter what he says, you will get your account banned with any other type of traffic )
