Try calling them on the phone instead. Webmasters of popular websites get CRUSHED with emails and generally ignore everything.
I have the best success by picking up the telephone and hitting the numbers on the whois data, when it's available. It works.

FYI Both of my sites which were banned from BigBrother G Are White hat! and always have been!

One of them I've just changed to Wordpress couple of days before it got banned from Adsense, one of them is still just little manual site (I write my own HTML)
The only thing I can think of is that the sites are quite old, I didn't pay too much attention to them,

Old sites lack of the about us, privacy and other pages that the new Adsense guidelines want...

For Doug, I started with Adsense 3 or 4 years ago, mostly I made my sites with a generator,good looking sites,optimized, but I used to build my sites in subdomains, I already have more than 50 sites, I forgot about them, and today,checked my stats and I have $60.00 earned, not much I know,but I never touched the sites in many months.

My question, what is the "best" way to resurrect the sites to gain advantage- if any- from this "aged" sites.

Each one has at least 50 pages, with articles from "article Architect", a defunct article site..

The easiest and also a free way to do this is to use the google keyword too. Type your main keyword in and once the results come up for some long tails then check the competition. If it is high then don't go after it. However, low to average is safe to go after.

You guys kinda missed the point, the sucsess story he has is because of Keyword Research and SEO.

What he does, is gets uncompetitive niches, which are very popular. In other words he is building websites tailored to specific keywords.


You can earn much more than 15k a month, look;

A good keyword, I found today, gets searched for approximately 550k times a month on average. The average per click payout is 1$. When I search the keyword in google, I get only 260k results. Most of these 260k results are unoptimised, crappy/dead websites.

So what doug does in this situation, he simply takes advantage of this and builds a website, optimises it for the search engine, posts some content and voila. Page rank1, cause the competition is just not there.

Now he will receive the MAJORITY of these 550k people who search for that term. Lets say that 300k of these people click on his website, every month. Now if he can get 10% of those people to click on his ad, he would expect to earn 30k a month, on average.

This is all done white hat.

You dont even need to start investing that much, with competition so low you can just write an article a day yourself. The most important part is not the content, but the amount of backlinks the website has.

A lot of people think, omg, to be the best on google, I must have 100+ pages of content. Thats false, google faivours websites that have good link irregation systems. In other words, websites with a lot of links to them. Content, content helps develope keyword analysis for adsense. You need at the minimum 500 words per article so that adsense can display relative ads per page.

The other tip, I want to give is never do keyword researhc with software, dont outsource it either. You dont have to be a genious to undertand common sense, that if someone finds a very uncompetitive/popular keyword that they arent going to give away a potential 30k a year$ income for a 20£-a-pop fee. Secondly, most of the automated software is full of shit, I have found, manualy hundred times better keywordsin an hour than the software can do in a year.

Seriously, if you compare results, I manage to find KW that have a potential pool of 500million searches per month, and have less than 260k google competition to get to page rank1, plus the average payout is around 1$. All I did, was sit down, research some popular niche's (not the stupid weight loss/saturated niches that everyone makes blogs about), use analysis to pick out highest payers, highest demand. Compare the competition and voila, from each niche I would achieve 2-5 keywords that would payout very well, have a lot of demand and very low competition.

Now, just I need to putsource the work to someone who can build websites/seo and its over.

Most of the information are known by most people, but most people just can't follow it insistently. So most people can't make 15K per month.

I wasn't necessarily struck by how much money Doug makes, how he optimizes the sites, etc...

I PM'd him about how I could 'describe' the creation of a similar database to a coder so I could create something of my own...for me that would be the biggest take away from the thread...

But I didn't get a response, it must be one of those business secrets of his maybe...

I mix it up.. always rotate anchors.. you can deep link some and homepage link others... just be sure every page contains a link to the homepage

Fresh Content and Links.. The older your domains are, the better. Lately I've been buying aged domains for new sites.

You need to register a company and use an EIN and not your SSN.

Thanks Doug, I completely believe its possible. I threw up 2 blog sites last month. One on a niche and another on affiliate marketing. Both just running caffeine content and have adsense. In a month, with no keywords, no seo and no backlinks from anywhere. I made $30. I did no work to the sites.
Maybe some of you dont see the power behind this, but I hope some of you do.
If I build 40-50 more sites like these and do SEO, do backlinks, keywords? The potential is insurmountable.

i was looking over your original post today again.

I am doing keyword research w/ various tools (Market Samurai, google, KW elite etc..) and i also got me one recent "highest paying KW list".

One problem i have with your steps is, that you look for a high paying keyword, in your example "Acai Berry". But then you create more long-tails from this KW but you dont look (or at least dont mention it!) at the CPC for the new longtails to get a rough overview whether those longtails also would pay well for adsense.

Example:

"Acai Berry" might pay well....but how do you know that 40+ long term KWs made from this pay as well also?
(It is LIKELY that long-tails from "Acai Berry" pay well also...but not necessarily.)


I am using Market Samurai, Excel and whatever tools here to create keyword lists, but then i also check for avg. CPC for the other related keywords. Eg. filtering out all keyword phrases where CPC < $10 and similar.

Or just enter some KW in Google KW tool or MS Samurai (or KW elite for that matter) and get a new list derived from that and then also check for CPC, Competition and Search volume...and then i use only THOSE keywords.

No KW with LOW CPC.....no KW with very low Search Volume, and no KW where there are 6 million competitors or something.

Add: Another *important* thing i believe to read between the lines from your post is actually a

* intelligent SEO structure of your blog/CMS

Using wordpress or any CMS as an example, people right now talk about how great "Silo Structure" is because it allows better ranking in the search engines. In your post you mentioned something about categories also.
"Silo Structure" basically is simple, it means (using WP as an example) to make a Wordpress and some matching and fitting categories (preferably matching high paying keywords)

So..you would set up a blog/CMS....and make a bunch of categories relating to your main category, say "Acai Berry Diets", "Acai Berry Dangers", "Acai Berry Recipes" ...and then you would put the articles under those categories and interlink related articles to each other.

Use Google.com and Googles keyword tool. The rest is just practice and experience. Type in KW in google keyword tool. Go to google and find common modifiers. Try all this modifier combinations in google keyword tool. Use quotes when searching in google(to see how many real competitors you have, aim less then 20-50k if possible, depending on how good in SEO you are) and use phrase match in google keyword tool to find how many searches this phrase gets.

Almost ever since I started to write my first HTML in the last century All my websites had all those pages "about us", "contact" "privacy", "tos" etc ... Before even the Google alone existed! (= Especially after Frank Kern was busted by FTA and fined over a 1 mil US $ for Not having these...)

And actually right now I am reading an ebook from another webmaster whose Whole first Account was banned - till this day he does NOT know why!

Anyway, if your Whole account was banned, then either create LTDs (= register a company) or use your friends. Give them some % and use their info and computer.
Or, you can also try to change your ISP (but again, you will need a new personal info)

I am Just converting to BH world as am finding out that as a small potato it does NOT pay to 'play by rules'

Creating a LLC is far more desirable than using a friend's ID for adsense. If it's in their name, then they'll be responsible for the taxes on the income.. and taxes on $15k a month is a LOT. You'd be giving up almost half your income if you used a friend, far better to use a LLC or other type of corporation. There are quite a few more tax benefits for corporations as well, check out the 'Rich Dad' series of books for some ideas on what you can do.

Yes, I agree. Corporation is Much better and Safer! Plus you can have as many of them as you wish, 'cause they are all a 'different identities'.

You got it. I diversify as much as possible. My revenue streams come in from various ad networks and adsense simply supplements that.

Adsense is there for scraps, but the point of this thread was to point out that those scraps add up to a lot over time.
