I've been contemplating the same as i don't use my adsense account anymore but i'm afraid to lose it so be very picky on who you work with.

Be very picky with who you work with - once adsense is banned, its a pain to use someone else's or, god forbid, resort to Adbrite

Same here but i will only share ad codes and earnings

Some details :
* 5 Years old adsense account
* Never recived any payment
* Im online about 12-14 houers a day on (AIM,MSN,ASTRA,ICQ) - can provide daily screenshots
* All investments will be shared from adsense earnings
* Accepting anybody who is willing to offer a fare share and good JV plan

if anybody wants to know more details well this thread needs some posts anyway

Yeah adsense isn't that hard to get approved for.... But just be careful who you work with ... you can very easily loose that .. besides if you have that old of an account.. its not that hard to make the money with the residuals on it.. google likes to keep older accounts alive easily

Exactly, collaboration should be very careful planned in order to avoid being ban.

Like stated above - Make sure you do research on who you go into business with on this - They could just have malicious alter-motives.
