Re: How do you get people to click your ads?
There is a CPM bidding option for Adwords as well buddy. Partner that with misclicks, and people looking for a specific product or being interested in what an ad has to say, and then you get clicks.

Re: How do you get people to click your ads?
Ad Placement is a huge deal. Check out ElectPoll (I hate the auto-moderation on here, add the COMmercial TLD on the end with a period to find the site for electpoll) and you'll see 3 ad's on the page for a relatively small amount of screen size. One is blatantly obvious (the 300x250), one requires reading (hedgable), and one looks like it is more information about the poll (actually a clickbank sales page).
You'll notice the 300x250 is an obvious ad, but one that run's fairly unique creatives that people haven't seen. The text link below the poll almost appears concurrent with the poll itself, and by extension will be clicked (its a lead through tho, not a pay-per-click). The Footer clickbank offer is one directly tied to winning elections, which is what the whole poll is about. The odds of someone trying to find out what an election-based poll are about and then trying to buy an election-winning guide are much higher.
Target your audience, and target their habits. If you are designing for English countries, make sure you put your ads on the left, not the right, and never use a 728 or a 468x90 header bar (they are subconsciously phased out by 90% of people)

I have read many PDF's about adsense and they say that ad placement and a very simple theme will increase your CTR. Also of course more traffic will get you more clicks.

What is CJ.... I also have a site that gets too much traffic and no clicks at all. I have been trying to change the add positioning but don't work out well.

I'd only click relevant, local ads or those to sites I trust. That's how I target my ads.

It may be worth experimenting with which vendors are allowed to place ads on your site. A business willing to pay more for impressions may not be worth it at the end of the day if the ad has nothing to do with your demographics. Try focusing your settings a bit. If your site is about healthcare, prioritize those vendors and so on.
