Just earned my $4,000 paycheck this month!

One thing I noticed that helped conversions really well was trying to put text ads near the most "hot eye area". For an example, if you have a long article, put the ads somewhere in the middle. I've tried top, bottom, center, off the article.

Top conversions were sometimes best, and sometimes second to "middle".

Bottom was terrible. Off the article was better than the bottom placement.

How much are you earning from adsense?

You made it with just one site or multiple sites?

Is it safe to put ads on the middle of the article?

I have almost 1k visits a day, 4k pv's but only getting 4-12 Clicks. Please help me placing ads.

Congrats, just be sure to don't depends only on this type of source, such as Adsense, or any other. Never just one. You may never know what the news can the next day bring. Anyway, keep up the good work

Adsense is amazing when we talk about revenue. Not so much with the speed of delivering the checks.

i must have some hateful competitors because on the several different occasions i tried adsense my account was spam clicked into banned oblivion within a day or less

but there's always cpa. you'd think google would make a better effort to allow non-huge-mega-company folks some leeway on the invalid click problem.

eh, let's just say I'm at the $90.00 mark for 2 sites that have been up for a little over a year. I'm not jumping up and down lol.

Some of my sites, the bottom works the best, like on my movie realted sites / when the visitors believe they can download the movie / but sure they cant, because im not against the adsense tos / scroll down the page and they almost dont have any choice just click on the ads

I've been using Adsense on my site since '05. I'll admit I didn't research the competition very much at the time, but I've been pleased. The ads that perform best on my site (surprisingly) are vertical ads. The ads mixed in with posts on my forum generate significantly less although obviously still produce income.

I wouldn't worry about Adsense going anywhere. It's Google's bread & butter.

It's not about Adsense going anywhere, it's about the day when Google ban your account.

I have multiple sites, but they aren't just crappy ones, they are all ranked and updated on a daily basis. I have less than 25 sites and I do nothing, but weekly maintenance.

Hi, what was your average CTR?

if they would stop banning people. I dont use AS but if i start to I always feel like ill get banned for everything I do.

That really does depend on your website and how established it is. I didn't start placing ads until it ranked really high in the keywords for a while. Just been using CPA while I waited, then came for the adsense for more profit. I think it has to deal with sense of trust through Google's eye. They seem to ban whoever is in the risk category.

Most definitely! These sites aren't just ranking for one keyword, that will cut down profits 70% of I was only trying to rank for one keyword. Took months, but hey, I do almost nothing, but earn as much as much as an average person with a real job in real life.

Already mentioned average estimated CTR in reply above.

Define ad blocking, some people have different meaning to that.

What kind of CPC do you have? Have you experimented with different ad placement? It takes months to research for the most effective money making area.

You should try ordering some of BHW services and get it ranked. ONLY if the keywords are really worth your CPC potential. Or flip it and sell it on Flippa.

Btw, what method you are using to constantly promote all your websites?

damn, try to aim 1% ctr. that's 40clicks per day.
so if your cpc is decent, let say 0.5
