Anyone know for sure?

I now have one in my name and one in my mom's.

Thing is I could see myself easily 'slipping' if Im not really careful accidentally logging in with both from the same IP.

Surely there could be legit reasons for ppl having more than one account from the same IP.

What about a family of entrepreneurs who are all earning with the websites and all have the same computer- would could easily be said of my situation?

I honestly think you'd be fine logging in from the same IP, if they are under different names. Just like you said, could be a family of IM'ers. Google can't ban you for that, or at least I don't think.

yea i tell google i have 10 kids so they shouldnt ban me )

following common sense if you have just 2 accounts for you and your mom, logging in from same IP is something natural..

I have 2 accounts from years.. one personal and one for my company and i don't have any problems so far logging in from same IP and browser..

Generally i think that it is not just the IP the problem.. For example my ISP is having about 20k users and it is setup so that all users go out through same IP. So if G counts just the IP then we are all dead.. Probably in factor are: IP, browser, and G cookies most importantly
