Does anyone have any tips on this subject and how to get in here? I heard that getting into here means you will get better CTR and more benefits from google.

Its been a while since I dealt with Google News, but if I remember right you need a minimum of 100 'high quality posts' (ie Not a bunch of 100 word half assed posts), and a minimum of 3 editors or writers on the site. Site layout and cleanliness is also taken into consideration as well as subject matter. You do get big benefits from getting into Google News though in terms of traffic and site rank.
