Ok , this month i got the ban hammer from adsense , and i created a new account on my moms name.
My question is if i could use the same websites i was using on the 1st account , maybe put them on another host or something.

what do you guys think ?

If you don't know what you're doing then you're almost guaranteed to get your new account banned in no time.

Do a bit of reading around here. This topic has been discussed extensively hundreds of times.

Do not the same domain, when registered first time, you won't get accepted. Using names of relatives is good option, when your account under your name was banned.
