hello guyz i have found one keyword with $16 CPC.

GMS: 4400
LMS(US):3600

The screenshot contain both "History" Ans "Past 30 days" Magestic index.




So,should i go for this keyword.What are your thoughts?

This looks like an easy keyword to target. Things I look at here are BLP, PR and on-page seo as the main deciding factors.

yeah..i think the BLP is really low for the websites.But this website are ehow,about and yahoo answers,so do you think ranking above them will be simple ?

You'll be able to rank above them as their not optimized for that keyword. You just have to use quality links in order to rank above them and drop in second tier backlinks to those pointing to your money site.
