But can i used my older site to stick the adsense adds ???

Yes, there are 40 ways they can trace you... the account you bought will eventually be nailed again at some point in all probability but such is the nature of the beast.

At the very least move the site from the current host to another and think of any other thing that you need to do so that the Adsense folks do not see you as the owner of that acct.

Hey from where did you purchase ?
Also will it last or did you get paid ?

I have been 3 Adsense accounts banned. Here are some basic rules I have figured it out:

1. Use different name.
2. Use different physical address.
3. Do not use the same banned domain(s) to put the Adsense code.
4. Change the IP from where you access your Adsense account.
5. Use a different Google Analytics account not linked in any way with the old name.
6. If possible, change of server.
7. Of course, don't click your ads.

if you use the new adsense account on same domain, you'll most probably be banned, since it was banned for a reason.

If your site did not comply with adsense terms back then, and you haven't made any changes to it, then the new account is surely going to be banned soon.

dont use anything related with banned account for your new account. thats it.
