I am thinking on making some blogs on blogspot and putting Adsense there..so my question is should I be having a privacy policy page and contact us there as well as on i have on my own domains?

Having privacy policy is what Google recommend but I saw many site who running well without having any privacy policy and contact page.

You should ad these to your adsense sites.
It is very easy to do just use a privacy policy plugin and insert your details.
