Hey all, newb here so please be gentle :0)

I'm trying to get an adsense account set up for some photo sharing sites. The problem is since the sites are built entirely around pictures there's very little text, and (I believe) as a result adsense keeps rejecting me and saying try again.

This is a legitimate site, the content updates hourly and is submitted by users but I'm fairly convinced the lack of text is their problem since they can't get enough keywords for their ads.

My question: What is the minimum amount of text they're looking for? Is there something else I can do to get around the text content issue since the site is picture based?
