Maybe advertisers aren't targeting the country you are based on? What is AdWords competition in keyword tool?

I use two tools for keyword research you see
Ultimate niche finder and market samurai they both show me different results you see and I was confused so I decided to ask.
UNF doesn't have a Adword competition column.
But according to MS it is 0%

If you see no advertisers can be due to numerous things, but most likely they are either not targeting your country, or there are not enough advertisers to constantly populate the searches due to their daily budget limitations..

Use Googles Contextual Targeting Tool. It'll give you the option of choosing which country to check for advertisers and show the relevant ads on a search engine based query, it google.com + keyword. If using MS and MNF you should be searching State side.
