I have NO HANDS SEO program to get backlinks.

duplicate content, unfriendly urls, asking users to click on ads, .dk domain, off-topic domain name... how did you even get the adsense account?

The way you have the website set up is good... Everything else is NOT.

You're going after the weightloss niche with duplicate content, random domain name, not to mention it's .dk. You're also breaking AdSense rules so your account won't last long at all.

P.S; The misspelling of "lose" is the first thing i saw when i clicked your link.

Not trying to be harsh but scrap this site and start again, read a MNS guide on here.

Your website will not earn much before it gets suspended. I suggest you follow what people are saying and also remove the ads from this website before you get suspended.

REMOVE the ''See this!'' above the adsense banner. They will ban you for that!

Posting a link to a website with live adsense on an open black hat forum is not a good idea, actually its a really bad idea.

People will click your ads and you will make a few bucks then your account is done.

Just some friendly advice, best of luck.

Once you got banned from G adsense. They will never accept you back.

I think how to get a six pack is a good keyword to have on your site if you are just starting out but I wouldn't target how to lose weight the competition is way to fierce..

then you have how to keep the motivation.. you should change that to a different keyword that isn't a huge one like how to lose weight which is 201k / 74k exact match searches a month with high competition.. that is to much to handle on your first try man.

Make a list of 5-6 keywords you want to target for your site then put them in your homepage bar where how to get a six pack is. Change your wordpress site around to include your keywords in the url instead of http://www.lewinkz.dk/?page_id=20 your site could be linking http://www.lewinkz.dk/?page_id=how_to_get_a_six_pack which will increase your chances to rank I believe..

Write your articles first before you launch the site next time that way you can focus on promotion.. include a about us, privacy page, and terms of service page. Keep your keyword density to around 4-5% in your articles and throw in some authority links in your niche to tell google your page is informative. There are two great threads on BHW that will help you out tons, one is about keyword research and the other is a micro niche journal. Follow the keyword research thread for selecting your keywords, then the journal for building / ranking your site and you should be good. They don't need to be followed to the T but stay close to it..

Definetely switch to a legit .com domain and have more unique content.

open a sales thread if you are trying to market to BHW...

site looks like it's MFA imo...maybe get an actual domain to start off
