Meaning if I blank referrer is it really safe for adsense just to generate impressions (no clicks).. does adsense really think is organic traffic?

if all your traffic is blank ref say goodbye to the account

Organic traffic-come from search engines
Referal traffic-come from other sites.
I had blank referal for almost 1year ++ without issues. Real visitors using iframe.
