With the bank account its linked to should it be in the persons name who signed up?

We were discussing it and we said its probably better if this is the case anyhow since if I get banned on my own one I would want a 'clean slate' in case G blacklists my name/bank accounts- is this a justified concern?

Anything else I should consider with multi accounts.
