Hi guys, I was reading the other day that you should block out adSense ads that are not related to your niche, or that have low cpc.

I tried this website:

http://www.labnol.org/google-adsense-sandbox/

To see my ads, but the ones that showed there aren't even similar to the ones that show on my website.

In fact, the ads on my website aren't even remotely similar to the niche I represent, and I have good on-page optimization.

What gives?

Maybe you recent searched something on Google and they are trying to target you instead of your keywords?

I tought it gives ads according to the page content? It gave me ads regarding SEO, which I had googled for....

How can I make it give ads based on content?

Look at your site with firefox set to private browsing and you should get ads based on the website content. Either that or delete your history/cookies/cache and you should see them for the website.

Hmm I tried this, but I still see some ads that are not listed in the Sandbox. Maybe the adsense sandox isn't accurate?
