For some reason i cant make an adsense account, for all kind of lame reasons..

so im finding another network. Im signing up for "Adbrite" right now, and it looks good.

What is the best and most stabile ad placement network??

Yeah, Adsense pretty much has a monopoly all others.
Theres no network that pays comparitive it to.

However - adbrite is still a good alternative if going with AdSense isn't possible for whatever reason. If you have a good authority site, might be worth looking into BuySellAds - they pay for a month slot as opposed to clicks, but they usually pay decently and at least gives you a predictable source.

Adbrite is ok, if you want to be making less than 5% of Adsense

Went from Adsense to Adbrite. Went from 10$/day to 0.1$ day. So it's a no go.

adsense may not pay you pretty much. there are many who are fedup with adsense.Just for example one of my site get 2000+ uniques and around 7500 impressions daily , but earnings are hardly 0.50$

adbrite is not that bad actually is the most famous cpm and cpc advertiser for small to medium sized websites, even facebook use it or have used it

same thing happened with me after my adsense banned...i approved one account from fiverr and its going good....

Adsense is good but as you say you are not able to create account in it then go for adbrite.
