If you broke their rules, they will ban you. Place something inappropriate against they rules on you website, they will ban you.

i was banned 3 times, dont know why

They provide real and legit account
But if you break any Adsense rules then they will ban your account

Accounts are legit and valid but it depends on your traffic if you will get banned or not. If you do some research in the Adsense section you will learn how to open one yourself and don't spend the money but they are also an option to consider.

I actually bought a few from adsenseg all got banned before payment. tryed another supplier and all accounts got paid. Weird

Which provider/supplier you are using?

dunno if I am supposed to post here or what. but I been using adsenseapproval4u.com might be same methods as adsenseg. But I had accounts banned with adsenseg b4 payment but never with these accounts. Also these are cheaper. Hope it helps!

Perhaps you're linking those accounts by something. Off the top of my head:
Same name?
Same address?
Same IP Address?
Logging into the same google service along with those accounts? All the same sites?

You can use the same name on any amount of address it doesn't matter. You can use multiple accounts on same address if you add things like floor 1 etc. Change IP but not with a proxy. use ccleaner and flash cleaner, different browsers

What about the back account and payee name?
