Why not many people use infolinks/kontera in addition to adsense? do you think you'll get less clicks on adsense? isn't infolinks/kontera just another little stream of revenue?

I use infolinks and make a couple $$ a day, only downside is that you have to wait around 2 months to get the actual money. Never used Kontera but probably the same. Adsense is the best all round, its the industry leader and tends to pay the highest clicks depending on what niche you are in.

Too me infolinks make a site look spammy. I've been on some sites where every 4-5 words is an info link. Looks really crappy/cheap to me. Just think about what the bounce rate would be like for a site like that.

yeah thats also a big issue ,
And also its payouts are quite low

Placing them on my site lowered my CTR on adsense ads, which pay a lot more. I'm considering using infolinks again, they paid a lot more than kontera per click for me.

Because they can sometimes pay $0.001 per click. Even if you get a handful, your balance will show as $0 because of rounding.

Infolinks is better then Kontera. I used to make around $200-$300 from Infolinks before, Sold that website. Its a good alternative for adsense banned members.

Since Kontera ads are displayed in a completely different area of the a page from AdSense, combining the two will only add to your overall revenue.

Regarding the spammy look nookie monster was talking about, that isn't a problem with Kontera. We've found that less links are more effective and we limit the amount displayed on a page at once, which improves the user experience and increases the amount of clicks for publishers.

Though not on all niche, the use of these ads on some niche will make your visitors run away.

yeah it does works but if you have Adsense, I think it's enough. Why make your site spammy with those in-content links ?

Has anyone here used Vibrant Media, with or without Adsense? Or heard anything good/bad, etc? Just heard about them awhile ago.

Infolinks has an awesome support, and, if you have huge traffic, you can make 5-6 bucks per day easily. Due to the fact that I don't have a huge traffic, I'll remove them soon. I just have to wait to make the $50 limit.
Don't make sites just for infolinks. It's not worth it.

I use infolinks on one of my autoblogs and earn around $200/month with it. Can't use AdSense, as it got disabled for that domain (lucky they didn't ban the whole account).

As for InfoLinks making the site look spammy, there's a solution. When you log in to your InfoLinks, under "Integration guide" there is "Customization wizard" where you can actually specify how many 'links' (maximum of 12) it should display for each of your domains. You can also configure many other options, such as link color, part of the page where the links appear and more.

The CPC is very low...you get over 50-60 click for a 3000+ daily view but will only earn $1 or $2...that's very low...can you compromise with your bounce rate for such small figure?

hamster dude this adsense thing is a great money making opportunity, beside this you dont have to worry about converting them into cash, do little research about it..
you will be in like us, quite productive though

i have bad experience with both- taking down the adsense convertion rate, slowing the page upload, gives a spammy look, annoying viewers who accidently hover during reading, and pays nearly nothing. personally don't recomend using them. combining adsense with cpa/affiliate offers is much better

Instead of using infolinks or kontera I just try to sell affiliate products in the content, works way better in my experience. Also I don't make sites that don't have any related affiliate-products or offers anymore, so they won't be worthless if I happen to get banned from Adsense for some stupid reason..

I am using only infolinks. It is great if you have alot of traffic and suggest me if you are using any better alternatives.

I remember using Infolinks a while ago and got an average eCPM of only .15 that was bad. CTR was pretty high though, earnings were not. And the ads are invasive to the reader..

I dont know why. I personaly use infolinks and I am very satisfied with them.

last month I disabled infolink from one of my site.
site is loading faster, bounce rate has reduced.

because it is Very less paying

They don't even pay 1 cent for 1 click

Earnings are low but still Money is Money..I use them and make Good enough from them..it is a extra income for me..as they not Good in avg..

Instead of infolinks you might want to consider something like Viglinks or Skimlinks instead. Looks less spammy and your links look legit, except you get commission on them.

cpc infolinks is very ceap i got 1 click just 0.0001$

i was using infolinks for around 8 days and got $5 with avg $1.50 as per infolinks dashboard's report.

i don't know why people don't get much earnings there?!

yes its true that adsense is the best but if you don't have adsense account then my opinion would be infolinks and chitika.

I have some product search sites and infolinks performs better than adsense and the actual affiliate links on those sites, probably because the product descriptions fire lots of negative keywords for adsense ads that would otherwise appear.

I make quite a bit from infolinks personally.. I've used Vibrant as well in the past, and Kontera as well. I've had the most luck with infolinks so I stick with them. The revenue from the others always fluctuated, but infolinks is steady. I've never noticed any ctr change having infolinks on or off the site personally. People that click those links tend to be different types of clickers in my experience. I currently run ads for four different networks on my site. I could give a **** if it looks spammy. My niche is very fickle anyway. Obviously this technique isn't for everyone.. but if you have traffic that isn't loyal, then screw it.. load em up on ads and cash the checks.

yes you can.
Infolinks pays low for clicks because I assume most of you use micro niche websites with low visitors per day, infolinks is not cpc but cpm, the more impressions you get the more money you get for each click, while adsense is related to the competition and not on the impressions and you would get an high cpc as long as the competition is big.

Infolinks paid me about 25% of what Adsense paid me when I tried them out. Would not recommend.

Adsens is not a huge payer nowadays, why do we have to consider even less paying company

I did use infolinks for some months on my blog. It is excellent for those who have a good traffic, I used to get 3-4 clicks on some days but the CPC was not good enough. Hardly made 2$ in 6 months and then stopped using it. Besides using that along with adsense looks like spamming the blog with ads. I like adsense somehow and using it since I removed infolinks.
