You can make money without spending that $100 dollars.

(hint) webs.com still allows affiliate links in your properties

now use that site and the bum marketing method and you will be on your way. This is a heavy content creation and backlinking strategy so if you have the drive you can make some nice money without ever investing anything but your time (which can be expensive in itself).
